A new Vita Plus intern is gaining valuable experience in dairy nutrition consulting and sales. Carol Traynor is participating in a dairy nutrition consulting internship this summer in which she’ll gather data from approximately 30 dairy farm owners and managers to complete a benchmarking survey project. In her role, Traynor will work with dairy producers throughout Wisconsin to gain real-world experience in providing nutrition and management expertise to dairy farms.
Erik Sheppelman recently joined the Vita Plus team as a dairy specialist. He will serve dairy producers throughout central Wisconsin. In his role, Sheppelman will provide consulting and training on Vita Plus dairy feed products and forage additives for customers.
Bryan Horn recently joined the Vita Plus team as a sales manager. He will be supervising and supporting Vita Plus sales staff across the company’s eastern region. In his position, Horn will be responsible for the selection and training of personnel working within this area, as well as participating in overall sales management with the company.
Brandy Jacobs recently joined the Vita Plus team as a swine technical salesperson. She will serve swine producers in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Pennsylvania and Illinois. In her role, Jacobs will help producers feed, raise and harvest the most profitable pig, while also aiding the Vita Plus swine team to further develop brand awareness.
Mikayla Spinler recently joined the Vita Plus team as a swine technical salesperson. She will serve swine producers throughout Iowa, Minnesota and Nebraska. In her role, Spinler will visit with producers to provide nutrition and technical support in addition to aiding Vita Plus sales staff with resources, training and guidance.
Caleb Dressen recently joined the Vita Plus team as a livestock business specialist. He will lead livestock sales and consulting efforts in northern Wisconsin and southern Minnesota, building relationships with dairy producers to market Vita Plus products and services.
Sydney Vanderhoff recently joined the Vita Plus team as a beef and dairy specialist. She will be serving beef and dairy producers in eastern Nebraska, eastern Kansas, and western Iowa. In her role, Vanderhoff will work closely with the dairy and beef teams in the area to consistently provide nutrition and management expertise to help producers achieve their production goals.
Andrew LeClair recently joined the Vita Plus team as a dairy specialist. He will be serving dairy producers across Minnesota and the eastern region of South Dakota. In his position, LeClair will take an active leadership role on progressive herds, provide consulting and training in dairy production management to clients and staff and develop feed strategies integral with farm goals.
Kaleb Kruse recently joined the Vita Plus team as a dairy specialist. He will be serving dairy producers in eastern Iowa. In his role, Kruse will help dairy producers formulate rations to achieve profitability goals and adapt new technologies pertinent to their operations.
Jason Busch recently joined the Vita Plus team as communications and marketing specialist. He will be based in Madison, Wisconsin. In his role, Busch will provide editorial and creative leadership for multiple Vita Plus technical newsletters, blogs and other communication efforts, as well as assisting with design, brand development and execution across the company’s digital platforms.
Cole Diepersloot, Ph.D., recently joined the Vita Plus team as a forage and dairy nutrition sales consultant. Diepersloot will work with the Vita Plus dairy and forage teams to serve customers in the Michigan, Indiana and Ohio market area. In this role, Diepersloot will work with dairy producers to improve forage and nutritional programs through his expertise, services and products.
Jessica Engel recently joined the Vita Plus team as a dairy specialist. She will be serving dairy producers in eastern and central Wisconsin. In her role, Engel will develop high-quality diet formulations, provide management expertise, and offer effective solutions to help producers solve problems and meet their goals.
Bruce Meier recently joined the Vita Plus team as a quality assurance specialist. In this role, Meier will ensure all manufactured products meet quality expectations, and regulatory, company, and customer specifications.
Les Lee recently joined the Loyal Ingredients team as a senior merchandiser. In this key leadership role, he will support customers’ grain and feed ingredient needs and assist in creating and executing merchandising plans for various commodities.
Grace Praisler recently joined the Vita Plus team as a dairy specialist. Praisler will work closely with the Vita Plus eastern region team to serve dairy producers in the western Ohio, eastern Indiana and southeastern Michigan market area.
