Lee named Loyal Ingredients senior merchandiser

Les Lee recently joined the Loyal Ingredients team as a senior merchandiser. In this key leadership role, he will support customers’ grain and feed ingredient needs and assist in creating and executing merchandising plans for various commodities. Lee will also be a resource for growers and end-users as they implement marketing plans and strategies to improve profitability.

Lee comes to Loyal Ingredients with more than 15 years of experience in both energy and animal nutrition with a focus on sales, procurement, and leadership. He earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stevens Point in biology and chemistry. He then went on to receive his master of business administration in leadership from Waldon University. Lee most recently served as a territory sales manager for a large manufacturing and distribution company. His extensive experience in business growth and development will help Loyal Ingredients continue to strengthen current relationships between suppliers and customers.
