Praisler named Vita Plus dairy specialist

Grace Praisler recently joined the Vita Plus team as a dairy specialist. Praisler will work closely with the Vita Plus eastern region team to serve dairy producers in the western Ohio, eastern Indiana and southeastern Michigan market area. In her role, she will help producers select nutritional strategies to boost profitability and have the most success with their milking herd through the application of proven research-based solutions.

Praisler attended The Ohio State University where she earned a bachelor’s degree in animal sciences with minors in biosciences and meat sciences. While pursuing her undergraduate degree, Praisler was a student research assistant where she was involved in various dairy research projects. She then attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison to complete her master’s degree in animal and dairy sciences. Praisler is dedicated to promoting the dairy industry by applying research experience and previous knowledge in dairy farm productivity, efficiency, nutrition, and overall health. Her extensive background knowledge and experience will support the Vita Plus dairy team in creating effective feeding strategies and herd management solutions for producers.
