Staff Accountant (Vita Plus Madison Office)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated staff accountant to support our accounting operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for reconciling bank accounts, maintaining financial records, preparing journal entries, reconciling accounts, assisting with month-end closing, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Prepare and post journal entries accurately and on time.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes.
- Maintain and update accounting records and files.
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions.
- Assist with audits and tax filings by providing supporting documentation.

Dairy Nutrition Consulting Internship (Southern Wisconsin)
This stand-out internship provides a unique opportunity for a collegiate student who enjoys a challenge, is passionate about working with dairy farms, and is interested in pursuing a career as a dairy consultant. The 10-week internship will take place in the summer of 2026. The intern will spend most of their time calling on farms primarily in southern Wisconsin and gain extensive hands-on experience and an in-depth look into what it means to serve farms as a consultant.
