Sawall Named Vita Plus Dairy Nutritionist and Technical Services Specialist (February 2015)

(Madison, Wis.) – Dr. Zachary Sawall recently joined the Vita Plus staff as a dairy nutritionist and technical services specialist. Based in central Wisconsin, Sawall will provide nutrition and management consulting to dairy producers throughout the area. Additionally, Sawall will provide field-driven technical support for the entire central Wisconsin team.

Sawall earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Minnesota and continued there to earn his Ph.D. in animal science with an emphasis in ruminant nutrition. In 2013, Sawall was named Outstanding Master’s Student, awarded by the Department of Animal Science at the University of Minnesota.
