Meeter Named Vita Plus Beef Specialist (January 2015)

(Madison, Wis.) – Chance Meteer recently joined the Vita Plus staff as a beef specialist.   Serving producers throughout Indiana, Michigan, Ohio, and Illinois, Meteer will be responsible for sales and customer and technical support of Vita Plus beef products and services. He will work closely with the beef team to provide nutrition and management expertise to beef producers.

Meteer earned his bachelor’s degree in animal sciences from the University of Illinois. He continued his education there to earn his master’s degree in animal sciences with a focus on ruminant nutrition. Growing up, Meteer was involved with 4-H and FFA. He has continued his involvement with youth organizations, most recently as the coach of the national champion team at the North American International Livestock Exposition 4-H Livestock Judging Contest.
