One of the pillars of our foundation at Vita Plus is our ESOP program, which allows all employees to share in the success of our company. Profit Sharing has been an annual event each year since the founding of our company. Through this program, a significant share of company profits are contributed into our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) to be allocated to each employee through compensation based formula to form their own account. This account then invests primarily in Vita Plus stock, in addition to other sound investments. Many long term employees have seen these accounts grow into substantial sums of money at retirement. This program allows employees to not only share in the year-to-year success of Vita Plus, but to re-invest those dollars to continue the growth of our company and our individual retirement assets.
